Delivery & Self-Collection's note

Delivery Schedule

  • Our standard delivery hours start from 10AM to 7PM.

  • If you wish to choose a specific deliver time, kindly inform us at least 1 DAY BEFORE via Instagram at @cc__flora__ or WhatsApp (+6011-6283 1343) by providing your order number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

  • Please note that additional charge might applies for specific-time delivery OR last minute reschedule.

Delivery Partners

  • We rely on on-demand transporters (e.g. Grab Express, Lalamove, etc) for delivery.

  • We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding regarding potential delays in delivery. These delays may arise due to unforeseen situations, including inclement weather, heavy rainfall, traffic congestion, accidents, and vehicle breakdowns, etc.

Delivery Fee & Coverage Areas

  • Delivery fee is calculated based on the distance.

Actual delivery fee (if any) will be shown at the Checkout Page after full address is filled up.

  • We serve most areas in KL & Selangor. Local shipping options are available for specific items only.

Self Pick-Up

Self-collection hours are from Monday to Friday at 11AM to 6PM (last collection slot 6:30PM), and Saturday at 11AM to 2PM.

  • We close on Sunday and Public Holiday, if you would like to arrange self collection on these date, kindly chat with our team via Whatsapp (+6011-6283 1343)

  • Kindly make sure your contact our team to schedule an appointment to ensure that your order will be prepared accordingly.

  • Please note that an additional fee may be imposed for extended self-collection times.
